I don't think it did but it would be an easy conversion to do it. I have a 1995 1275 automatic powerunit with linkage that's for sale if you would like to venture it. It came out of a Mini Van that was running good before it was changed to a 4-speed.

Did they ever come auto??? Has anyone ever done an automatic conversion on a woody???

Our Traveller is a 1964.

It currently has a dark blue carpet and I am not sure if that is a close approximation of what it originally came with.

I thought there was a website that had an online version of the color schemes, but I cannot find it at the moment.

Our Traveller has Blue Grey trim and I wanted to know what color carpet came with that.

 I believe the colors were the same for both Austins and Morris Minis.

HA! Not so fast!!! Here's a similar color from a 2008 Mini Cooper called 'Oxygen Blue'. I'd love to see this color on a Mini Woody or a custom classic Mini Cooper Saloon!

I was at Ancaster, Brit Car Flea Mkt to-day and a chap from Kingston Ontario had an early Morris Traveller woody for sale-

It was gutted inside, all wood was piled in the back, primer brown, body looked solid, new gas tank installed, front and rear sub frames in place, wheels and tyres mounted- I think an 850cc engine came with it- Asking $3,800.00-

Here's the color scheme I'm planning for my wagon:

The blue is based on a very cool nail polish my wife brought home recently and the lighter color a VERY light butter-ish color.

Oh My!!!!  It would look nice. I wonder where I could find the colors available during the 65 year???  Is there a place to find what colors were for what years??

I've seen up close, the body and paint work that's come from the Jernigan & Son shop ... that's why I suggested BLACK.
