Last bit of welding done, next to get the old paint off the roof, then put the drip rails back on, and then start some block sanding.

It is powered by a 1380cc engine with a low end final drive, turning 4000 rpm's @ 70 mph on the highway but great off the starting Mark
Built by Tim Bosse of Ohio as an auto cross car, great welding with a hidden fuel cell, running 10 inch Yoka's A 008 on reproduction new steel 9 hole steel rims
Terrific sound deadner in the roof with a Union Jack headerlining and of course a full length Union Jack on the roof- Also has the one piece f/g rear door, (all the rage in the seventies)
Sold it once, got it back on a trade in, hope to keep it for my funeral procession-

Getting closer, got the rear door ledge fixed, now to start work on the rear doors, then onto some sanding. I'm looking at the new fiat colors greenish grey and BMC color of porcelain green. Something different than grey or OEW.

I'm limited to certain colors since I am using the original interior of the car, Red. I dont like red/red , and I am leaning toward tweed grey, with the OEW top. At least for now!

been a while but will start back in soon on the wagon, just no time in the summer. I saw this pic of a car on Facebook, and thought that would look nice on a wagon. What do you guys think?????
ElPaso Beige
Hi Ron,
Personally I think that colour would look great with the wood. I am thinking colours also for my project Woody and beige crossed my mind at one point. It's such a hard thing choosing colour, I've decided on green but now there are so many hues of green I'm still not decided. Anyway I think that color would look very classy.
Ron
You could always go back to original Ron, but then that can take the fun out of owning a Mini. Greens are very classy on a woody, the problem is that a lot of other people think so too. If I were to choose the coloro green I would go with something in a different company like Jaguar BRgreen or something of that nature.

Get one of the computer guys on here to photoshop it onto a wagon for you.

dartfork, it might be a good idea to start a new thread for your Countryman question rather than mixing it in with many pages on the round nose cars.
