Mini Cooper JCW Exhaust Rear Section Install Kit.  This is the same exhaust rear section that was installed by the factory on the Gen1 JCW models.   If the stock mufflers on your Cooper S has rusted out, this is a great replacement with a slight upgrade in performance and a sporting tone!

01/2004-2006 R50 MINI Cooper and R53 Cooper S Hardtop

The pipe diameter is 2.25" from the secondary cat to the Y, then its 2.0" from the Y to the mufflers, and 1.5" from the mufflers to the tips.

NOTES: 

• On JCW and Cooper S models built before January 2004, the inside hangers will need to be rotated 90 degrees.  On these earlier models, all 4 hangers are oriented front-to-back.  Beginning with the 01/2004 production, the inside hangers are oriented side-to-side.  Any muffler shop should be able to heat the hanger with a torch and change the orientation.
• For the Cooper S models, this Rear Section must be spliced in to replace the original Cooper S rear section. Professional installation is recommended.
