Serious racing of any sort in a MINI Cooper will require serious protection. "Roll Bar" or "Roll cage" are often required by the race organization. Bolt-In options will meet the standards with minimal effort and can be easily removed.

The "Roll Bar" stops just behind the front seats and is there primarily to prevent the roof from collapsing in the event of a roll-over event. There is no 'cage' to protect the front cabin.

The "Roll Cage" surrounds the front cabin for a more complete protection - the cage extends to the A-pillars and includes a door bar for protection from side impacts.

The Roll Cage is a heavy and bulky product. Expect that the product will have scratches and marks from shipping that will need to be 'cleaned up' before finishing. We recommend you have this product painted or powder coated locally after receiving this product.
