Thermostat Housing Cross Flow Radiator Aluminum | Sprite & Midget
There are two types of thermostat housings for Spridgets with cross flow radiators; the aluminum 12G1902 and this version made of cast iron, the 12G1445. US-Spec cars came equipped with this cast iron version which was stronger than the aluminum European type and was cast with a boss to hold the smog pump. Usually these cast iron versions are plentiful in the used bin since most US cars came with them.
