These are the exhaust valve seats for lead free small bore cylinder heads 850/998/1100. If you require inlets see TAM2152. Fitted from 1988 with introduction of press fit high compression pistons although many earlier heads have used this modification. Also fits the Sprite , MG Midget , and Morris Minor.

Recess required is 1.1245"(28.56mm) plus or minus 0.0005"(13mm)and 0.190" (4.83mm)deep at room temp of 20.

I have a standard 998cc engine and currently refurbishing the head (12A1458). I would like to convert it to lead-free. Can you please send me the dimensions of the seats you offer? My machinist told me to search for the following: Unleaded Exhaust Valve seats: 26.5mm Outside diameter 20mm Inside diameter Unleaded Inlet Valve seats: 28.5mm Outside Diameter 22mm Inside Diameter Would appreciate your help with this.

Generally, hardened seats for intake valves in iron heads aren't necessary.
