Factory replacement Horn.

Your MINI uses a combination of two horns - a low pitch and a high pitch horn. Select High pitch or Low Pitch.

2002-2006 R50 MINI Cooper and R53 Cooper S Hatchback
2005-2008 R52 MINI Cooper and Cooper S Convertible

Low pitch horn in on the right side (passenger side in US), and high pitch horn is on the drivers side (US models).

Do these horns require splicing into the factory harness or do they have compatible pigtails and are plug and play?
Answer:
The NMX8670E horns are 'plug and play' - direct replacements to the factory horns.

Question:
I bought my MINI Cooper R52 last year and I do not like the horn. Sounds like an old Buick. I have been looking at high low horns, would like to know what these sound like. Any sound bites on YouTube or somewhere? I see you also have a High Tone OEM. Would that make the "Mad Max" horn sound?
Answer:
Sorry, we don't have sound bits or youtube videos of the horns. 
The NMX8670R horns should sound just like the factory original horns - if you are looking for something different, these are not the ones for you.
