MINI factory replacement Transmission Mount for the Cooper S models with the automatic transmission.

Engine and transmission mounts allow the engine and transmission to move and absorbs most of the vibration for a smooth ride. Unfortunately, these mounts deteriorate over time and begins to transmit noise and vibration into the cabin. Loose mounts can also affect performance by sapping the off-the-line performance.

If your MINI is 'maturing' and you decide to freshen up the suspension, don't forget the engine mounts.

The hydraulic engine mounts also tend to leak over time reducing it's effectiveness. If you fine some oily fluid residue around the hydraulic mount, it's time for a replacement!
