Answer:
The 'cleanest' way to install the NMA3102 would be to remove the bumper cover so you have access to the backside for any tabs holding the trim on - but this would be the most labor-intensive and not simple. I would recommend you get some inexpensive plastic trim removal tools and pry off the old molding. The replacement should snap in place or you can also add a dab of silicone adhesive.
