"HUFFAKER'! The name means racing. Joe Huffaker SR was racing BMC products when they were new! Joe Jr continues in the mold; he now runs Huffaker Racing, Inc Engine & Chassis Building and Development. Although involved in many other forms of racing Joe found time to build and race an F-Production Sprite to an SCCA national championship in 1992. "Big Brake Conversions" are a must for the serious SCCA G or F Production racer. This kit uses modified MGB calipers with new Spitfire rotors. A special adapter is included to space the rotors to fit. The adapters are also available separately as HUF175 which includes instructions for modifying MGB calipers.

Will this big break kit work with a 73 MG Midget?

Will the big brake conversion kit fit inside my Panasport 13" wheels?
Inside diameter is about 12" with wheel weights taped inside.
Also, does the conversion change the front track width at all?
Answer:
Yes, they will fit most all 13" wheels. Very slight increase in track width.

The Huffaker front big brake conversion does it work with wire wheel hubs?
Answer:
No, wire wheels aren't recommended with the big brake kit due to clearance issues.
