NOTE: We occasionally hear from customers who report the opening in the new wiper arm is way too small for the wiper arm shaft on the car. This is most likely caused by the inner sleeve separating from the old arm and remaining on the shaft. When this happens, you will need to remove the sleeve from the shaft so the new arm will fit.
