MINI specifies these bolts to be renewed when servicing the bushing / bracket.

Tightening torques
Bracket to body/chassis (M10 x1)
    Jointing torque:  59 Nm (43.5 ft-lbs)
    Angle of rotation:  90°
Bracket to axle support / front subframe (M14 x2):  165 Nm (121.7 ft-lbs)

This bushing is a fluid filled bushing that can fail over time. Once the fluid leaks out, there will be excessive play affecting ride quality and handling.

Order this bracket with the bushing already installed if you don't have the tools to press out the old bushing and press in the replacement bushing. Even if you have the special tools, this bracket with bushing will save you the hassle and a bunch of time!  If you have the special tools and want to save a few $$, order the bushing only.
