Hose A - Lower Radiator Long - long hose with a coupler in the middle
Hose B - Lower Radiator Short - this connects the Hose A to the Thermostat Housing
Hose C - Upper Radiator Short - (Radiator end)
Hose D - Upper Radiator Long - this connects the Hose C to the Thermostat Housing for Manual Transmissions
Hose E - Upper Radiator Long - this connects the Hose C to the Thermostat Housing for Automatic Transmissions
Hose F - Coolant Reservoir Overflow Hose

MINI Factory replacement Upper Radiator Long Hose to Thermostat Housing (Hose E) for Minis with the Automatic Transmissions. This is the Long Radiator hose that attaches to the short upper radiator and connects to the Thermostat Housing. This is the new hose that eliminates the metal elbow with the temperature sensor that is prone to failure and leaks (see photo below). 

The combination of this new hose and the new thermostat housing eliminates the need for the metal elbow with sensor (see image below).  The lead to the elbow sensor will be unused and can be tied off.

Hose E - Upper Radiator Long - this connects the Hose C to the Thermostat Housing for Automatic Transmissions

Discontinued coolant hose with alloy elbow and sensor.

MINI Factory replacement Upper Long Radiator Hose (Hose D). NOTE:  When replacing this hose on Countryman Cooper S models with the Manual Transmission built between 06/2012-02/2013, you must also replace the Thermostat Housing with G2NME1129 with the Adapter G2NME1142. in order to accept this Upper Radiator Hose.
