Answer:

The torque specs for the rear carrier guide bolts is 35 Nm or 26 ft-lbs .

FOLLOW UP QUESTION - Do you the specs for the bolts attaching the rear carrier to the wheel hub ?

ANSWER TO FOLLOW UP - Torque specs for the rear caliper carrier bolts is 65Nm or 48 ft-lb.

Question:

Do you know the torque specs for the caliper Carrier bolts (#4) in the diagram?

Answer:

The torque specs for the M12 bolts that secure the front caliper carrier to the suspension is 110 Nm or 81 ft-lbs. MINI specifies that these bolts should be replaced when servicing the brakes.
