This latest development from Mini Mania is designed to increase your driving pleasure. The entire installation can be done while sitting in the drivers seat. By simply removing the three bolts that hold the shift retainer, the Mini Mania quick shift kit can be installed. The original gearshift lever has to move almost 4 1/2" to get from 1st to 2nd gear. The quick shift kit will allow you to make this change in about 2"!
