This is just a metal plug held on by a serrated washer that fits in the end of the rear subframe where the suspension cone sits to stop it bottoming out. Used on late 1275Gt and the hole was deleted on the subframe for sportspack cars. The clip used to hold this bump stop in place is part 13H2176.
