We are looking at getting a few sets of the 998 +0.040" pistons sent out for our Mini 7 racing engines but I would like to know what the ring groove dimensions are on these.
Answer:
Checking the Nural branded 20773's we get 1.5~1.6mm for the top three grooves (3mm deep), and the oil ring is approx. 4mm.
