Known as a swinging needle because they sit on a spring which locates into the hat/cup end of the needle and have sideways movement.They start with part number prefix CUD for HS type carbs--NZX for HIF carbs--the earlier H and HS type were fixed solid with a small shoulder for securing and usually had a prefix part number of AUD
