NOTE:  The Washer Cover attaches to the tip of the Headlight Washer Nozzle.  Frequently, the reason the cover falls off is because the tip of the nozzle gets broken off.  In order to repair this, you will need to replace the Headlight Washer Nozzle in addition to this washer cover.
