Austin Mini wheel nut less cap for late model style wheels

Wheel Lug Nut Chrome Large Seat 60 Degree Taper 1-3/8 Long
These later model wheel nuts (lugnuts) present a real challenge to those of us that like to keep our cars looking new. They were used extensively by the factory on various wheels and while they are sure to be safe and easy to use, they don't seem to stay nice looking very long. The floating washer insures that they are tightened consistenly but the fancy looking metal cap on them keeps falling off! This cap was added to make the looks acceptable and indeed when it is lost, most of us want to replace them with new!
Question:
I recently bought a Mini Silverstone from 1993 with 7J13 wheels. I want to come back to originals for this version, meaning RRC106280MNH.
Can you please tell me which nuts I need to buy from you?
Answer:
I think I would recommend these, as there appears to be a taper in those seats:

Question:
The angle of the washer is said to be 60 degrees. I don't know how many firms produce these nuts, but I have nuts like these from which the angle looks more to be 45 degrees.
Can this be the cause of the wheel being off-centre as is the case on my Mini?
Answer:
Yes, it's possible. Most wheels we see are either flat (no taper), radius with a round profile, or 60-degree taper.
