The Mini Tec “B&D” series wiring harness has the Honda OBDI computer plugs and the complete Honda engine harness plugs by Rywire. Included and pre-wired is the Main Power Relay which supplies the signal and power to the Honda PGMFI fuel injection and the fuel pump. The “B&D” Series harness comes pre-wired for the Mini Tec dash. The harness also has modular plugs that are pre-wired for connection to your dash.

This harness is only for the engine sensors and engine management - no wiring for lighting or charging system.

Answer:
This will depend on your engine and ECU - 92-95 will be OBD1, and 96+ will be OBD2 system.
