The very early Minors, Series II (typically with the flat head motor or the very early overhead) have a tail light assembly that is much more rectangular that later versions. It has very squared off edges. The lens is typically glass but can be found in plastic. In either case the lens is mounted to the frame with a rubber gasket. If your intend to keep your car original then this rare find is a must!
