Wheel Lug Nut Chrome 1 3/8 Long 60 Degree Taper
If your wheels are using a tapered seat style lug nut you must consider this latest safety option! The original stock nut has a very small area of contact to absorb all the loads of cornering, etc, and that's probably fine on stock steel wheels. These special "wide seat" nuts almost double the contact area, and are much gentler on your expensive alloy wheels. The first designs (Bugeyes) use a flatter seat than the more common "rostyle" type. Chrome lug nuts are now available for any option.
Sold Individually - 4 required per wheel
For 12" steel wheels and those "mags" using the same taper as the 12" wheel. Often also used on many 13" wheels
Do not use with stock steel 10" wheels that have a radiused "ball" seat. For that application, see CN1 and CN4 (or 88G322 for stock lug nuts).
Takes 11/16" socket
