With the 998 still a popular choice for Minis all over the world, we do have a limited number of crankshafts that can be reground. We prefer not to grind more than .020 undersize, but up to .030 is perfectly acceptible for a street engine. Bearings are available in all common sizes, along with the thrust washer set VPW81 for standard thickness, or VPW81-005 for oversize.
