The rear wheel cylinder on most Classic Minis and Sprite have this very small nipple for bleeding the system. It is very easy to round off the edges with multiple attempts at opening and closing. The worse it gets, the faster it gets worse! Cheap and easy to replace!
See 3H2428 for large (3/8" diameter) version.
Your best bet with those might be a small crescent wrench.
