

The electrical part of the ignition switch is separate from the mechanical key and tumbler. A little pin hold the tumbler into the switch. It is easy to replace the switch and not have to replace the key. This switch is the normal run position and momentary start position and does NOT have an auxiliary position. For early Minis MkI-early MkIII. For Morris Minors from chassis 1039564 onward, and for Sprites and Midgets from 1964-1967.
