Try the headlights without starting the car to see if they flicker. If they do not flicker it could be the voltage regulator. Also if that is bad the battery would not be charged well as it controls the voltage going in to it.

Hello,
I'm working on restoring my 1963 Morris 850 and I'm facing an issue with the electrical system. The headlights and dashboard lights occasionally flicker, and the battery seems to drain faster than it should. I've checked the wiring and fuses, but the problem persists.
Best regard,
Violeta
