Go to Gauge Guys to get an idea. They have a variety to choose from.

Restoring a 61 Healey 3000 for vintage racing and went with new Cobra Gauges. But as you can see you have a choice. I wanted to stay somewhat in the period.

My friend went with all Autometer. They look good also.

Since owning my mini, I've been thinking of various modifications/additions I would like to make to the vehicle... and one would be to change my dash (eventually) to wood, and further... that accepts 3 gauges (Oil pressure, Volt, Oil Temp)

After searching on the forum, I couldn't find very much on the correct units of measurement. Example: FOr oil pressure, what should the min/max bar pressure be? What should be the correct min/max temperature units be for oil temp? What would a proper volt meter be?

Are there alternatives to the average vdo gauges?
