Peregrine Motors LLC is pleased to offer for sale our recently imported pre owned 1988 Austin Mini Designer with the 998cc engine and a 4-speed manual gearbox. If you are the purchaser and aren't local we are more than happy to refer you to our shipping partner who can make shipping to your doorstep a breeze.
In 1988, Mary Quant designed the interior of the Mini for a limited-edition version. It features black-and-white striped seats with red trimming, red seatbelts, and Quant's signature on the upper left quadrant of the driver and passenger seats. Around 2000 of these special editions were sold in the UK.
We imported this Mini from the United Kingdom. We bought this off of an individual outside of Nuneaton (north of Coventry), UK.
Notes from the previous owner about the car:
- nut and bolt restoration back in 2007
- new steering wheel fitted recently
