Thanks.. the color is based on the Classic Mini Tarten Red, but I find Tarten Red looks a bit pink in low light, so I had the white tint taken out of the mix, which gave the deeper red color on the GTM, and no pinkish tinge  at night.   Mike

Who needs money....that's what credit cards are for....according to my wife.  As far as California goes....move up here...lots of water and you can switch from Evans for the rad and wash your Mini whenever you want to. 

Oh S*** my Fav car back in the day and still is! but here I have two problems no Dosh and even if I did the Republik of California wont let me have it anyway.......................................

Cleaned and polished the car this weekend.. as we had some nice warm weather.. time to take the GTM for a nice cruise!

I purchased the 'Coke Moke' from Mike and can not praise him enough for the attention to detail and the quality of his Mini workmanship on anything Mini. I've also enjoyed the passenger seat in his '89 vtec and it too is brilliant. Whoever buys the GTM he has for sale will not be disappointed. Randy

I have seen the car in person and know what work went into it. It is a perfect example of the car and I would be astonished if you could find another one anywhere in this condition. Like Mike said...nothing left to do....except drive it!

If only you were closer to the middle of the country. I used to dream, DREAM of owning one of those. Way back in the early '80s. If I wasn't able to buy yours I would love to at least be able to drive it once (never even been inside of one before). I still have the brochure they sent me, way back then. How many afternoons I spent staring at each photo and imagining my life, one day, when that car was mine.

Then, I followed your work on this one, closely, vicariously enjoying your progress.

I have decided to put the GTM Coupe up for sale.. nothing left to do on this one, and I'm moving onto my Van project.. see the ad on this MM site.. had trouble calssifying it, so it's in as a Custom, no drop down for a GTM!
