With 36 chokes F16 work equally as well as F2 emulsion tubes 4.5 auxilliary venturis 160 main jets 180 air corrector 45 accelerator pumps 45F9 accelerator Pump Jets 50 accelerator pump inlet/discharge valve Accelerator pump arm height 14.5mm 15mm full droop float setting 7.5mm fuel shut float level height 3/4 turn out on each idle adjustment screw
with 38 mm chokes 4.5 auxilliary venturis F2 emulsion Tubes 165 main jets 175 air corrector 45 accelerator pumps 45F9 accelerator Pump Jets 50 accelerator pump inlet/discharge valve Accelerator pump arm height 14.5mm 15mm full droop float setting 7.5mm fuel shut float level height 3/4 turn out on each idle adjustment screw

Sorry, busy day just got back to garage and got the numbers from the old carb. This carb had been run on an old ice racer with a stroked crank and triumph pistons so might be out abit.

CC's jet numbers are pretty close.
If it's a road car I would put 36mm chokes in, not 38s. You will lose hardly anything at the top end but midrange will be much improved.
I had 38s in mine for years but they are now sitting in a drawer.

All right, I aM looking for a starting point for a 45 dcoe, on a 1380 till I can get it to a Dyno. Engine spec is 1380cc, swiftune sw23t camshaft, 11:1 compression, ported head. Any help or insight would be appreciated.
